Food ideas
I'm still dealing with MS even as I enter the second tri- I still need zofran but it is getting slightly better.
I cannot even look at meat of any kind and tbh veggies haven't exactly been my bffs either. I've been living on carbs, cheese and fruit. I need protein and I hate beans. I heard somewhere that peanut butter was a no no?
Can anyone share some healthy go-to's for when they were coming off the heels of MS?
Thank you thank you

Re: Food ideas
Peanut butter is fine! I've been eating it the whole time. It's my go-to on whole wheat when I need a quick snack or have an early OB apt and no time to eat breakfast. I was on a kick earlier of PB with sliced banana on whole wheat toast. Yum!

Re: Food ideas
Peanut butter is great, and nuts/trail mix!
Also - make come nice quinoa with veggies and melted cheese on top. Quinoa is a complete protein!
