working out after IUI
There are a lot of mixed information on this. I had an IUI thursday and Friday. I have been working out every day for months, I didn't work out last week because I was sick at the beginning of the week. Can I go back to working out everyday. ( I 've been doing the 21 day fix videos) or should I only do like simple walking.

working out after IUI
I never stopped working out through my IUI's. Only after IVF they told me to dial it down a little bit, which I did.

I took it easier after IUIs and IVF. I always worked out but toned it down a notch.

My RE office says no working out.
There is some data from Europe showing an increased rate of natural miscarriage with people who do heavy aerobic activity (running).
I dropped my gym when seriously trying to get pregnant.

working out after IUI
My RE says no heavy lifting 48 hours post IUI. Other than that little break in the months that I have done an IUI, I haven't changed my workout routine.
If I gave up the gym while TTC, I'd be going on my 3rd year of no gym....
