Light headed/Dizziness
I read on Dr. Google that this is normal, but I have never had it, and this is the 4th time I am pregnant.
It is not all day, it has come in waves the past 2 days, including this morning.
Could it mean there is an issue?

I had a lot of this first trimester..
Had extremely low blood pressure and mild anemia. Definitely worth mentioning to OB.
But I would worry, it's pretty normal

Light headed/Dizziness
I had this especially first trimester and then on and off, especially towards the end of my pregnancy which was in June (hotter weather). It's normal but mention it to your doctor. I had low BP and low blood sugar. I'd keep up drinking, especially something with electrolytes, and eat frequently.

How far along are you? I had this very bad from week 5-7 this time. I thought it was low blood sugar but I was eating a lot and when I called the nurse she said it may be low blood pressure and to take it easy.

This is my 4th as well and I experienced frequently in the 1st trimester and never had in any earlier pregnancy. It has gone away.
