I thought Tylenol Cold & Flu was okay, but I'd still check with my OB if I were you. Sorry you're feeling crappy!

The neti pot might clear you out a little bit, especially if you make the water a little on the warmer side.

Check with your OB. I was able to take Sudafed, but only certain versions.
