Bad head cold
I was told by my doc I can take regular robitussin and cough drops. I havent taken either but I swear my nose is running like water is coming out of it and it just keeps getting worse. should I take it or ride it out?

I took Robitussin for the last 2 months due to a cough.
I don't know if it will help with a runny nose since it is a cough/chest congestion. I would get saline nose spray and maybe a neti pot.

I have been sick too for the last couple of days ~ I am trying to ride it out but I feel like this is torture! I might cave and go buy something from my list to help me through this ~ feel better!

I would def suggest the neti pot I was sick pretty bad over a month ago and after 2 days with the neti pot my congestion was almost gone! Highly recommend it. and drink LOTS of water with lemon... And even hot water with lemon and honey... Works like a charm!

Thanks ladies (I know I didn't post this post but you helped me out too) ~ I tried the hot water Lemon/honey and it helped alot going to have some more in a little bit

That was me this past week it was bad. I took Sambucol and I used Sinu Orega which both a bought at Sherry's in Babylon Village

This is my 3rd cold in 3 months! I've been miserable.
Was given the ok to take Sudafed, Mucinex, Z-pack prescribed by dr., and suggested to use saline sprays, neti pot, humidifier, vapo rub for congestion
