Have you used evening primrose?

My midwife mentioned something about evening primrose. Has anyone ever tried this? How many weeks were you when you started? How long after did you go into labor?

How do you use it as a suppository? I think she mentioned something about breaking the capsule?

I tried it a few times as a suppository. It was super uncomfortable and did absolutely nothing. I was around 38-39 week

I started at exactly 36w. I used 3 at a time. Definitely wear a pad because it can leak. You just push the capsules up into your vag and clench like you're doing a kegel. I went into labor naturally at exactly 38w.
