Kristen Breglio, a vendor on this site, is wonderful. We work together very often, and she is detail-oriented, responsive, very good at explaining things to clients/answering questions. I always recommend her.

Roger Pierro in Bayside... Check out his amazing reveiws on Yelp. I work with him both personally (currently in contract on a home) and professionally (he is handling a construction project of ours). He is very detailed oriented and will make sure you dont get screwed over. He is also an amazing negotiator.
