camp tipping

Who do you tip for camp? We got a list of *everyone* that works at the camp so I'm not sure which ones expect it. I was thinking the head counselor, jr counselor, bus driver (they took a lot of field trips), and swimming instructor.

As a general rule, I hate all this tipping nonsense but I heard the counselors don't usually get paid much, so I'm ok with tipping them. I'm begrudgingly tipping the bus driver and swimming instructor since I'm sure they get a salary, but I think I read last year that people tend to tip them, too.

we do the head counselor, any other counselors for her group - she had 3 total - we do the bus driver (she takes the bus everyday) and that's it - we don't do the swim teacher as our DD is a swimmer and does not need the lessons and they know it. They let her do laps while others are getting lessons.

Tipped my kids counselors, the bus counselor, and bus matron. My son had two counselors and my daughter had four. One head, and three junior.

Having worked as a camp counselor in a couple of different camps, I can tell you they are probably paid really terribly and any tip is much appreciated.
