Just water?! Oh no I need shaving cream. And even with cream I still manage to nick myself like a 13 year old shaving for the first time.

I literally say the same thing this summer! First time ive ever done that in my adult life.i had nicks all over my legs...

I use shaving gel... 1 girl told me to use hair conditioner and i did it once when i ran out of shaving gel... it worked very well just expensive considering i use the really good stuff for my hair lol

Shaving

I use mens shaving gel and Venus razors. I shave my underarms everyday and my legs every other - I hate the feel of stubble!!!

Re: Shaving

cheap shaving cream and running water. I usually lotion up my legs first before putting on the cream. i have dry skin and dry patches/ psoriasis on my knees so this helps.

i use the razors from dollarshaveclub.com
the mid price ones. they are fabulous!

I too use just water. However, I recently signed up to do laser on pretty much my entire body and I cannot wait!!! I have had two sessions on my underarms already and have not shaved in a over a month. Woo Hoo!!

Jealous! How much does something like that cost?

I've been dying to do this on my legs and lip/chin but I am wondering about how often you have to go, if it lasts or you need to go back in a year or so and the pain factor.
Oh and the cost for an area as big as the legs

I used to shave with a razor and soap. I totally recommend laser. I had to shave every day and it was very thick. I used to get ingrown hairs. It was 6 sessions, and it was painful and costly but totally worthy! I should have done it years ago. I did full legs, deep bikini, underarms, over the lips and chin. I had to go on different times, according to the area, because the hair grows at different speed depending on the area. I started just right after summer 2 years ago. Right now some hairs grow, but just a little bit, and I shave or use twizzers

Super cheap conditioner or shaving cream

However I waxed my legs for the first time and they are.Super bumpy Like.i just shaved bumpy. It's kind of annoying. Because I wax my under arms and it's super smooth.

I use intuition blades. The soap is in the cartridge and it's great for sensitive skin. Being that each carriage is $6 each, I shave my legs on the weekend lol!

This is what i use. But I buy a pack at BJ's and it lasts a while. Cheaper there.
