depends on if you are having a natural or medicated cycle.
I had a medicated cycle because I have an irregular cycle. I did estrace 2mg 1x a day for 5 days. then 2mg 2x a day for 5 days. Then 2mg 3x a day for 5 days. Then I added PIO for 5 days and then transfer. Stayed on 2mg estrace 3x a day and PIO until 10 weeks.
I know some people do lupron instead of estrace and some people choose the progesterone suppositories.
If your cycle is regular and you ovulate on your own then you might do a natural cycle where they monitor you until just before you O and then they start the progesterone 5 days before transfer.
