Sneaker spinoff
I basically never wear sneakers. I actually didn't own a pair that weren't for the gym until last week.
This sounds so stupid, but what kind of pants do you wear sneakers with? I wore my sweet new Ellen Degeneres kicks the other day with skinny jeans and felt like a jumbo toddler, but even my toddler wears boots with skinny jeans.
I don't wear yoga pants out of the house and I very, very rarely wear leggings. The only casual pants I wear are skinny jeans and cords. I look weird in boot cut because I'm very short.
Please help.

Sneaker spinoff
I'm probably in the minority, but I don't think you can really wear sneakers beyond workout gear. They don't look good with anything. But like you, I only wear sneakers when I'm working out.

I agree. Gym type sneakers at least (cross trainers, runnig shoes, etc)
You can get away with a Ked or a Converse for every day wear but I can't really wear those because they KILLLLLLL my feet.

This! Exactly. That's why I started the other post. I have slip on Sketchers I don't wear with socks when I take the kids places in nicer weather. I HATE the inbetween weather. I'm either boots or flip flops. LOL!
For Disney I want a cute pair of sneak type shoes that I can do a lot of walking. I'll be in shorts and I know it'll look ridiculous, but so will all the other parents there with kids.

Ugh I KNOW! I got them for spring when it’s too warm for boots and too cold for sandals. I have flats but they start to hurt my feet after a while.
What about cropped jeans?

I wear regular "gym" sneakers every day with boot cut jeans. When I wear skinny jeans, I only wear Converse (or something similar) because I HATE the look of the skinny/straight leg with the regular "gym" sneaker.

Haha ok, ok I think they’re just gonna stay in the closet. I mean it’s not like I’m going to the gym and I haven’t lost the will to live enough to start buying anything categorized as “althleisure.”

I almost only wear sneakers with skinny jeans that show my ankle. And socks that dont show.
If you look for jeans and sneaker outfits on Pinterest you will find plenty of ideas.

I’m planning to get a pair of Adidas superstars with rose gold stripes... those kinds of sneakers I’d wear with jeans. I agree with the previous posters though. I think athletic running type shoes only look good with workout/yoga pants/leggings

I always cuff my jeans at the bottom and wear a no-show sock so you see my ankle and wear sneakers. Or wear an ankle length jean.
