Gifted programs
Are there any gifted programs similar to what CW post and Hofstra offer on Saturday mornings that take place on weekdays? I would like to enroll my son in something (he is going into 5th grade this year) but unfortunately weekends are out because we ski all winter. We are located in north western Nassau.

The only one I know of that meets your criteria for weekdays is village east gifted. That said, the families I know that have gone there have given the programs mixed reviews also, the kids I know that have gone weren’t all “gifted” even though they do have criteria that has to be met to attend. I haven’t personally found a program for this age group that is a true gifted program that worked out logistically. I think the best bet at this age would be to pursue programs in whatever areas interest your child for ex. Music, computer coding, science etc.

Gifted programs
My boys are going into 2nd grade. Where do we get them tested?
My boys were tested by school Psych because he gets PT & scored very high but not sure I can use that test.
