How often do you get your hair trimmed?

Nothing dramatic, just a simple trim. Also, how long is your hair?

My hair is shoulder length and I go every three months for a trim.

I get it cut 2-3 times a year. Every time I go in my stylist asks how my neck doesn't hurt from my hair being so heavy. I've never gotten just a trim but my hair has always been long.

My hair is long- I'd say boob length.

I get a cut 4 times a year (once every season). My hair is thick and grows fast. My hair length is a little bit past my shoulders.

Every 4-6 weeks. My hair is very thick and grows fast. My cut is an angled bob with bangs (just below chin length) so it has to be maintained frequently.

My hair is long - mid back. If I’m on top of things, I get it cut every 3 months. If I’m slacking, every 4-5 months. I’m making an effort to be better about timely haircuts.

I always get a trim every 6 weeks when I get it dyed. It’s possible I’ll go every 5 weeks soon bc my red/purple washes out very quickly. My hair is currently to my clavicle, but I get it trimmed every 6 weeks regardless of length.

My hair is mid back. I trim it about 3 times a year...i always have intentions of doing it more often, but every 4 months seems to be the most I can manage!

I usually do it every 3 months but ive been trying to grow it out and skipped the last two cuts. I will definitely need one next time though.

My hair grows like crazy, too. So it starts just below my shoulders and by the time I get around to going it's halfway down my back.

Every few months I take scissors to it myself. Can’t be bothered to go to someone. My hair is super straight, shoulder blade length, mostly even with some layers. Nothing crazy to maintain.

I have to trim mine every time I get color- so like about 10 weeks. Sometimes she tells me I don' t need a trim, but then I get awful knots by the next time I go. Currently I can't get a comb through my hair without a ton of conditioner, leave ins, detanglers. It's awful. So I need a trim BADLY!

My hair is very very fine and damaged.
