SO SO SAD... and a little help

i was informed today that one of the managers in my station has three of his kids in the hospital.

no. not coronavirus related.
they were in a horrible car accident over the weekend. two of the little girls seem to be getting better and will be making a full recovery, the third is still in a coma.

my boss would like me to send something to the family... but what do you send???

flowers?
a food basket?

i have no idea.

do you send it with a "get well note?"

please help me. i would hate to make a mistake and send something that would be seen as insensitive.
