I never make a next appointment so I guess that would only pertain to people who make their appointments in advance. My mom is in another state and she didn’t have to do that and she makes her appointments when she is there.

No, never. My mom made an appointment at a different salon than where I go and they told her they are charging a $3 surcharge for all the extra sanitizing items they have to use.

I can feel it now.
Same price and actually I did really well. With my tipping, it came out at $132 for roots, highlighting, nexgen, cut, blow dry and straightening.
