Joined Beach Body on Demand
That's it. I've been IF for 2 months. I lost 6 lbs and stayed there. I know why... because during my feeding window, I have been eating enough for a family of 5.
Exercise usually gets my eating under control. so lets see. The Insanity Max 30 Looks really intense but exciting. So Gonna start there. DH said he'll do it with me, so lets see!

Kinda hated it to be honest. I used the t-25 program that I’ve used in the past.
For some reason having so many to choose from was overwhelming and I hated every last one of them!
My excitement dwindled within 2 weeks of having it. Plus I’m pretty sure that still feeling the exhaustion post covid doesn’t help matters either.
I also I think it’s because I miss the gym and those classes. I’m not ready to be in large groups yet.
It didn’t bring me the excitement I thought it would.

I love MBF!! Def like that program more than MBFA.
