The reality of IF is very tough....but, at least you know you are being proactive about it.
Knowledge is power...read up on IF before you go to Dr. Rosenfeld...and good luck to you!

I was much like Shannon in the sense that I had been seeing an RE for many years b/c of endo. I had a lap in 2001 and after that my periods, which were always regular, just very painful, were better. I was always scared about having difficultly getting pg. Little did I know the issues would be with DH not me. We tried for a year for DD. The cycle before our IVF cycle we got pg on vacation. We started trying again when she was 8 months old. 13 months, 3 IUIs and one cancelled IVF later here we are. Good luck, Gerty is right. Its very important to be informed so you can advocate for yourself.
