I want to start off by thanking you all for your prayers & FMs. It's nice to have so much love & support! We met with the Ped Ortho Dr Gaffney who reassured us that baby girl will be just fine. He said this is a "packaging problem" which means b/c it's my first baby & my uterus is small the baby has no where to move around hence making her foot curve upwards instead of outwards. He said this can be fixed with massages & stretches once the baby is born. Of course nothing is 100% until he physically exams the baby but since there was no sign of an amniotic band & prelim amnio was negative, everything else will and should be okay. We are so relieved & will continue to pray that the Dr is right. Thank u girls again!
As some of you know my 20w sono showed a deformity with left ankle/foot. Tomorrow DH & I are meeting with a Ped Ortho to go over the findings/sonos to see what can be done about this. I have been living in a complete daze the past week. I truely believe in the power of prayers so please send good thoughts our way.
