Food Log. Come in everyone
I know there was a food log at one time but its not current so i thought we could start a new one.
I dont know about you but it is so much easier for me to track my food when i think other people are going to see it. Plus it will help give each other ideas for b-fast, lunch, din, snacks.
It seems like there are alot of girls starting fresh so a food log/diary might help us all stay motivated.
Anyone in???

Bfast: 2 whole grain waffles w/ 1/4 cup nonfat plan yogurt and fresh blueberries and raspberries
Lunch: Tuna on Lite whole grain bread w/ small side salad and handful of almonds
Dinner: grilled chicken breast w/ veggies
Snack: strawberries w/ nonfat cool whip and lite Hersheys syrup

Sure, I'll do it again, but I'll put my points next to it since I am on WW.
Monday, August 20th.
Breakfast: Coffee w/ half and half - 1 pt One uncle wally's blueberry muffin - 1 pt Dannon light and Fit - 1 pt 1/3 cup honey bunches of oats - 1 pt
Lunch: Sweet/Sour Chic lean cuisine - 6 pts
Snack: 100 Calorie Butter popcorn - 2 pts
Dinner: 3 1/2 oz chicken breast - 4pts 1/2 cup rice - 1.5 pts 1 cup steamed broccoli - 0 pts
Total = 17.5 pts

Great idea!
I will update mine as the days go on.
Monday:
Breakfast- 2 slices of Weight Watchers WG bread, 1 one scrambled egg, 2 slices of center cut bacon (trimmed) = 4 points

I never participated on the prior food log, but I feel like I should start. I should say that I am not really trying to lose weight, I am just trying to maintain my weight and eat healthier so I am hoping this helps!
Monday 8/20/07: Breakfast: Peach yogurt
AM Snack: 2% string cheese
Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat bread, package of gold fish, granola bar.
PM Snack: Hot chocolate and pineapple (very random - I know!)
Dinner: Spinach ravioli in champagne sauce
Snack: Skinny cow flying saucer

Lunch: Salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette, tofu ceviche, eggless egg salad (mmm... Whole Foods)
Snack: Almonds w/ dried cranberries and blueberries
Snack: Baby carrots (trying to ignore the Coke in the fridge that's calling my name)
The Coke won
Dinner: Amy's brand baked samosa, rice
Dessert: Two homemade (mini) chocolate chip cookies

B-fast: 3 egg white omelete w/ spinach and reduced fat feta, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 pieces of lite WW toast
Snack: South Beach 100 cal bar
Lunch: 0% fat Greek yogurt w/ fresh strawberries and blueberries
Snack: handful pretzels and hummus
Dinner: Chicken, artichoke, goat cheese pizza (recipe i found on some fitness website.)
Snack tonite : probably pudding or coffee, or skinny cow fudgie bar

Tuesday, 8/21/07 Today will be similar to yesterday!
Breakfast: Lowfat peach yogurt
AM Snack: 2% string cheese
Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat; handful of combos; 1 Reeses Peanut Butter Cup
PM Snack: Celery sticks with hummus
Dinner: Hot dog with some fries (went to the Mets game - so not the best dinner!)

2nd PM Snack (worked late): Nectarine
Dinner: Small chicken cutlet on half of a roll with slice of pepper jack cheese; another small piece of chicken; Dr. Praeger's potato pancake
Dessert: 1 Reeses Peanut Butter Cup
I am beginning to see a pattern - I need to eat better dinners!!!!!!!!!!
