B-fast: 3 egg whites w/ turkey bacon and whole grain english muffin

snack: nonfat grande cappoccino

lunch: grilled chicken on low carb wrap w/ LT

dinner: I wasnt feeling well so all i had was a yogurtChat Icon

Breakfast: Granola bar

AM Snack: 2% String cheese

Lunch: Salad with field greens, carrots, and grilled chicken; Handfule of tortilla chips with spinach dip

Snack: Pretzels

Dinner: Pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, half of a almond crusted chicken cutlet and 2% cheddar cheese

Snack: Skinny cow flying saucer

Friday 8/31

Breakfast: English muffin with egg whites, cheese and turkey bacon

Snack: Pretzels

Lunch: Cosi spring wheat salad with bread

PM Snack: Granola Bar

Dinner: ????

snack: nonfat cappocino (ok thats the 3rd day in a row, i need to break this habit NOW!!)

lunch: greek yogurt w/ strawberries, blueberries, crushed walnuts

dinner: Dh is cooking something from Cooking Lite magazine Chat Icon

lunch: yogurt w/ walnuts and blueberries

snack: 3 dried apricots and small handful almonds

dinner: grilled chicken, grilled zucchini, salad

Didn't keep track over the weekend, but I think I did okay (except for the chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies). Ate healthy meals and minimal snacking. Back to tracking.

Tuesday 9/4

Breakfast: Grape Nuts w/ soy milk

Lunch: Southwest Lentils (my new salad bar fav) and a small salad. And a few pita triangles.

Snack: Homemade gaspacho Chat Icon

Dinner: Punjab choley with cous cous

Dessert: Frozen fruit bar

Weekend wasn't the worst for me, but definitely not the best! I ate out a lot, which made it more difficult.

Tuesday 9/4/07:

Breakfast: Peach yogurt

AM Snack: Banana

Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken; small tomato eggplant soup

PM Snack: Low-fat granola bar

Dinner: Slice of pizza

Fat Smash Diet- Detox phase (day 3) 9/6/07

Meal plan for today.

Breakfast: 6oz plain fat free yogurt, 2 egg whites(hard boiled), herbal tea
snack: fresh fruit
Lunch: homemade soup- vegetable broth with carrots, asparagus and split peas and a little bit of brown rice thrown in.
Dinner: steamed veggies with tofu
snack: sliced apple and banana, 2 cups of 1% milk

I MUST start this!!

Today
6:30- 2 prunes Chat Icon
7:30- decaf coffee with whole milk
9:00- 0% Greek yogurt, bialy (sp?) with butter (I know that’s bad, but I am preggo, so give me a break), one whole hard boiled egg
11:30- 2 prunes Chat Icon
12:45- ceasar salad with grilled chicken
1:00-1/2 ver small delicious chocolate cupcake.
4:00- kashi Granola bar
6:45- Large salad with cucumbers peppers, grilled chicken, kidney beans, carrots....
10:30- 100 calorie pudding

Lunch: 1/2 Everything bagel with turkey, lettuce, tomato; Handful of pringles; 2 Chips Ahoy cookies

Snack: Handful of Pretzels

Dinner: 1/2 Cheeseburger with Fries from the Diner - Weekends can be bad for me eating-wise, so I am trying to cut back on what I eat by only eating half!

Dessert: Mini Twix Bar

Breakfast: Cereal and millk bar; Banana

AM Snack: Pretzels

Lunch: Spinach and asparagus soup (mady by myself from a healthy recipe!); Turky on 1 slice of WW bread; mini Twix

PM Snack: Cereal Bar

Dinner: Balsamic glazed chicken and sweet peppers sandwich (Cooking Light recipe); Handful of combos; mini Twix
