Breakfast: Milk and Cereal Bar
AM Snack: 2% string cheese
Lunch: Turkey on rye break; spinach, artichoke and cheddar soup (delish but not good for me!)
Dinner:1/2 Chicken parm hero
Dessert: Brownie

Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Cosi hummus and veggie sandwich; chips
PM Snack: Rice Krispie Treat
Dinner #1 (had class from 6-9 tonight so needed to eat something small): Turkey on rye (small sandwich) and chips
Dinner #2 (when I got home because I was starving!): English muffin pizza; Small amount of mint chocolate chip ice cream

bkfst 2 whole grain waffles 3pts 1/2 cup prune juice 1 pt
smart ones meal 5 4 white cheddar ricecakes 4 4 oz lean beef w/monterey seas. broiled 5 pts
10 oz potatoe white 3 1 cup pears 2 i heated up lentil soup for 1 cup = 2 pts but i couldn't eat it b/c im actually full!!!!(a rare event) I am getting the hang of this "eating to live" thing......good luck guys, keep it up!

lunch: turkey and swiss in a WW pita w/ mustard
snack: non fat, no sugar pudding

I have been really bad lately. I know I need to post no matter what, but I haven't been able to bring myself to do it.
New day, new beginning.
Wednesday, 10/3
Breakfast: Blueberry soy yogurt, 2 almonds
Lunch: Foot long veggie delight from Subway (eat fresh!) <--- that was way too much food for one sitting. I thought I was hungry, so I ate the whole thing and I've been crazy full and sick ever since. But hopefully I won't snack until dinner time!
Snack: Apple. Couldn't hold out til dinner.
Dinner: Veggie burrito, bean salad
Dessert: 1 piece of mint chocolate, cantaloupe

Me too. I have been so embarassed about what I have been eating
Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Small loaded baked potato soup (not healthy) and half of sandwich w/ grilled chicken, tomoato and fresh mozz
Snack: Rice Krispie treat
Worked late and needed a "snack": Baked cheetos
Dinner: Slice of Grandma pizza; Raisenettes

Lunch: Tomato and mozz sandwich; small bag of chips
PM Snack: 2 small choc cookies
Dinner #1 (had a 3 hour class after work): PB and J on slice of rye; handful of baked cheetos
Dinner #2 (starving when I got home!): Small salad with grilled chicken and low-fat dressing; small piece of choc cake
