1st Trimester Girls
Do you get alot of cramping during the day or at night?
I notice I cramp alot when I am sleeping. I hardly feel it during the day.

Cramping is normal as long as it isn't unbearable or accompanied with bleeding

Yes I get cramping and ligament pain, more so the first few weeks and now it's subsiding. Im 10weeks.
Everything is streching and growing..it's normal!!

I do sometimes at night. I told my dr. about it and he said that it's completely normal, and part of the reason why I feel it more at night is probably because I'm going going going all day and then when I finally relax, I feel what my body is doing more. Sounded good to me!
