2 diaper changing stations or 1?
I have a diaper changing pad/table from DS, do I need a second one for the nursery? I can see changing them same time for bedtime but do I really need two stations?

No, there were times that, when they got older, if DH and I changed them at the same time, one person took the floor. Otherwise, one at a time.

I had two pack n plays set up in my downstairs and both had those changing table attachments. I found it helpful to have two changing stations downstairs. Upstairs we had one.

Definitely only 1.
There may be 2 babies, but 90% of diaper changes happen when only 1 of us is home.
1 diaper changer = 1 diaper changing station
