2 family house?
DH and I are looking for a 2 family house. Can anyone recommend a LI town in a fairly good school district that has some 2 family homes that aren't too ridiculously expensive? We live in Garden City now...so would be nice if we could find something no more than half hour from there.
TIA!

I was thinking of both pt. washington and nhp. pt. washington though i heard has some nice areas and some not so nice areas though...i'll have to check that out.
and NHP doesn't have many 2 famiilies listed right now...hopefully more will come on the mkt.

Floral Park Village, close to GC, pretty good schools and many 2 family homes. You could get a two family for a good price esp in this m arket.
