2 month old feeding schedule
how many oz & how often is your 2 month old eating?
chase is 9 weeks old and eats anywhere between 3 1/2-5 oz every 2 1/2-3 hours...i woould love for him to eat more less frequently...

I'm BFING, so not sure about ounces- but the timespan is the same. Lemme ask- how long between feedings are youu getting at night?

10am- 3ozbm/2 formula
130pm- same
5pm- same
8pm- 6 oz formula
7am- 5oz formula
she is 5 weeks

Gianna is eating 6oz every 3.5-4 hrs during the day. Her last bottle at night around 8:30 is 7oz and she sleeps until 6:30-7AM.

She goes down at about 9-930ish and wakes anywhere from 530-7ish. But then goes back down until 930.
I am absolutly blessed. I thank her every morning.

OK- I don't feel so bad then. It's amazing how I've forgotten what DD#1 was doing. I looked at old posts from then and she was doing the same thing- about every 3 hours.

Formula or BM? I found formula to be the only thing that makes her sleep long.

DS is almost 3 months, and he is eating about 4.5 oz every 3-6 hours. He changes it up each feeding.

Nope. Shes wonderful. But its the formula that made the difference. The BM only held her for 3 hours.

Nope. Shes wonderful. But its the formula that made the difference. The BM only held her for 3 hours.
Mine is on 6oz formula and still every 3 hrs! You are blessed!

Good idea to look back at old posts though...I wonder if right before he slept through the night, he was waking every 3 hours..I dont remember!

Have you tried giving Chase an extra 1/2-1 oz more in the last night bottle to see if he will sleep longer? This worked wonders with AJ and so far so good with Gianna too.

Yes...he just will only take what he wants...I always put in at least 5 oz, and sometimes 6 hoping he will take it, but very very rarely (maybe like 3 times) will he ever take 6.
