Re: 2007 Moms trying to lose the Baby weight
i'm 3 mos PP, down 33lbs, 12 more to go. I hit a plateau a month ago and havent lost ANY weight since then even though i've been on WW since the day after i gave birth. i headed back to the gym tonight and am forcing myself to get back into lifting. Trista Sutter on this week's US Weekly has me all inspired I even ordered the billy blanks boot camp she mentioned in the article and plan to try to follow her workout circuits on the nights i cant get to the gym!

Good for you..a break is ok.
Hey, the scale not moving could be due to the lifting...muscle weighs more than fat. Its how the clothes fit...or not fitting, in a good way.
Gym today....either during lunch or after work...havent decided.
Starving right now!
WW english muffin this am, coffee.... just had a handful of trail mix.
LUNCH-no clue but need it soon.

i usually get a non-fat latte with splenda and figure the calcium is worth it.

Where are 07 Moms? How are you guys doing?
Hopefully better than me--I ate a lot yesterday, fattening foods too. I really need to workout some more--my body feels so mushy.

Re: 2007 Moms trying to lose the Baby weight
Okay, I'm posting today. The last couple days were not good for me--I'm thinking of starting a food diary (will keep it right next to DSs feeding diary) because I suspect I'm snacking a lot during the day and not noticing what I eat.
So far today:
Bran Cereal (1 serving) with skim milk and dried cranberries
Plain Yogurt with Frozen Peaches (1 serving)
Coffee (no milk no sugar)
Lunch Plans Chicken Soup (1 cup) Steamed Brocoli Rabe Wheat Crackers
Dinner Plans 1 Pork Chop (Lean Cut) 1 serving brown rice (cooked in chicken broth) Salad
I'm not sure about snacks yet--probably carrots and an apple, maybe 1 piece of chocolate for dessert.
Hopefully it will help to have a meal plan for the day!
How are others doing?

Re: 2007 Moms trying to lose the Baby weight
Bumping to see how everyone's doing!
I lost 3 more pounds, so 9 more to go! I think going back to the gym and lifting rather than just cardio is making a huge difference. It's hard to stay there longer but I have been forcing myself and now I like that I'm seeing results. I went back to work this week and was so busy that I didnt snack during the day like I would at home so I think that will help too.

Bump-
How is everyone doing?
Okay I weighed myself again yesterday.....my niece pulled out the scale and was carrying it around the house so I stepped on.
Lost 2 more pds!! Holy crap! Very excited!!
Could be the bump up of cardio and the better eating habits.
Need to keep going!!
Eating oatmeal every am. Lunch- whatever works lately
Dinner- consisting of proten-ckn/meat and veggies.

Re: 2007 Moms trying to lose the Baby weight
I am not doing good at all. I am getting depressed.
I had a sugar free drink and a banana for breakfast becuase I am eating healthy and nada is happening. Plus it doesnt help my coworker came back skinny as hell and she delivered a month after me. Shes not nursing htough so I wonder if my body is just holding on to my FAT.
