Okay chicas....I need a pep talk....it's so hard not to cheat on the weekends.... but I feel like for now I need to NOT cheat.... what do you all do to stay on track??!!

Up .4 today. No big deal. I lost .2 + .2 the past 2 weeks so it just evens out (I'm lifetime). Just have to keep at the same steady pace.

I'm a lifetime member on plan for over 3 years now and have always cheated on the weekends. What I do is I pick only one weekend day to cheat. I eat a normal breakfast and lunch. Then we usually go out to dinner and I eat what I want. So I get 1 cheat meal, rather than an entire day. Sometimes I might throw in a "bad" snack here and there. I also save all of my 49 WPP along with my activity points for my cheat day.

Hi there! My name is Dina and I just joined online today. I've never tried WW before so I'm a little nervous about how it will go but I am motivated to lose the baby weight before DS's first birthday in 2 months and get down to my ideal weight before bathing suit season  Reading about everyone's results has really been inspirational!
