weighed in this morning and lost another 1.6 pounds!! that's 5 pounds down in my first 2 weeks back on plan!

Hi Girls! I'm joining in the fun Tomorrow will be one week that I'm on the new plan and I did really well this week. I have to say, I really like the new plan! I find myself eating more fruits and veggies and really looking at the carb count in stuff.
I am only doing it online right now, hoping to start going to the meetings soon.
Mondays are my weigh-in day, so tomorrow morning we shall see how I did

I just signed up again last night and I start the new program tomorrow. I did WW after having my DD and lost a lot of weight really fast. I have done nothing since having my DS and have actually gained 15lbs since I was 12 weeks post partum. I am so ready to be thin again!!!

I am down about 20 pounds since September. Not to shabby. Think for some reason this was a tough week for me. I got a little cocky since I hit the 20 pound mark lol. Good Luck everyone!!

As for me, after my first week on WW, I lost 3 lbs. Not too shabby since I had pizza Friday night and nachos on Saturday night Granted I didn't go overboard, but normally I wouldn't eat that.

I just rejoined today! I stopped about a year ago after losing almost 20 lbs but have since gained about half of that back and doing it on my own wasn't working. The new plan is going to take some getting used to but I'm excited to (hopefully) start losing again!

I stayed the same I am on maintenance but I am trying to lose 2lbs and the last 3 weight in's have not helped me LOL. Maybe next week

Am FINALLY going to regular meetings again. Going back to work threw me off for a good 3 months. The good news is I was only up 2 lbs since my last weigh-in (the end of September  )
Good to be back and am happy to join you ladies!

Just made/ate some skinny chicken parmasean. Grilled chicken breast with a spoonful of sauce on top and a sprinkle of fat free mozzarella cheese. Soooo good!
