2/18 ran 3.5 miles on the boardwalk with double jogger and walked another 1 mile bevause it was just too nice out!

Worked out abs, arms and legs.
Missed one day this week so i made it up today.

1 hour personal training: jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, lunges w weights, side jumps, one leg jumps, squats w leg lifts, abs.
I don't want my sessions to end, but she's so $$$.
