between the flu and a minor surgical procedure, i haven't been able to work out. it made me really, really anxious and i am so relieved to be 'back' - i didn't feel like me without dance or the gym.
3/1 1 hr dance 3/2 1 hr with trainer doing suspended body weight training and 1 hr dance

CF workout:
75 sit ups 50 air squats 25 push ups 10 burpees
no stopping, no breaks.
We're going to bump it up to 25 more each next week!
