2nd child sahring a room

I have a question...

I'm due in October with my 2nd child, my son will be 15 months old and this time we found out were having a girl, they are going to be in the same room...

My question is, the nursery is a gender neutral theme, b/c I didn't know the sex with my son, but now that I know it's a girl, what type of bedding do I get for her crib? the same as his or something girly with some similar colors???

Why not get her something girly as long as it matches the wall paint KWIM?
My 2 baby gils share a room and if this baby is a boy then he'll be in it too. However in my case, the walls are pink and the room is totally for a girl. He'll have to suffer until we figure somethig else out.
