2nd kids lol

my SIL and bf just had babies a couple of weeks ago. I visited at the hospital but haven't since then since dd has been on and off sick for the past couple of weeks. I had plans with both of them this week and texted them that dd just got over pink eye and has a cough. Both have toddlers the same age.

Both pretty much responded "our house is a snot fest too, bring dd over to play"

All 3 of us freaked over the sniffles with the 1st kids, now the 2nd it's no big deal. Lol.

I feel like that's been me with my first. I raised my sister, so I jokingly say that she was my first and I got all the nerves out back then, when there weren't nearly as many restrictions. I can remember when she first slept through the night waking and checking on her, shocked, or when she'd actually go down for a nap and sleep without crying or whining, I'd check that she was breathing....
