3 Houses for sale on my block - Massapequa Park
3 houses just got listed on my block in Massapequa Park (Massapequa schools). I believe all 3 are having an open house this Sunday. Its a great block, hoping for some good new neighbors!!! If youre interested take a look at these:

I grew up over there, on Eastwood off of Carmans. It's a nice area. When my stepdad passed away last October I put his house up for sale in January and it sold in 2 months hopefully the three houses on your block have just as much luck! The block after Pompano, is that Joan? The neighbor at my stepdads said that the house on the block after Pompano sold last year in days and that it was foreclosed. He said they were asking in the 500,000 range and that the previous owners who were forced to leave destroyed the home, took everything out, spray painted curse words on the wall, etc. The bank got asking price!
