30 Day Shred
I noticed a lot of people talking about this workout....
I have an eleven month old and am still trying to lose about 15 lbs of leftover weight.
Should I buy this video? Can anyone that's been using it for awhile tell me it has really worked and how much weight you've lost?

I LOVE this video!! Been doing it about a month now and while I haven't lost any weight, clothes that didn't fit me just a few weeks ago now do!! I can def tell, i'm toning up too- the definition in my arms is coming back!! GREAT video!!

Wow - thanks for responding! Definition in my arms again would be fabulous! I feel like my body has changed so much since having my daighter and not in a good way!

It's really great! And the best part is...it's only 20 minutes ( a liitle longer if you include the warm-up and cool down)! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
