4 months, starting to wake up again???
Just when I thought we were ok, DS the past two nights has been waking up at 2:30-3AM for food!!
He was sleeping through the night for over a month now. Please tell me this is just a growth spurt?
He's def. getting enough food through the day (we already have him on baby food & cereal AND his 36oz of formula a day and he STILL woke up in the middle of the night and took a full bottle!!).
Any advice? (he hates being swaddled and we do have a bedtime routine).
I pray its just a growth spurt.

Re: 4 months, starting to wake up again???
My ped. said at 4 months, even if they were STTN, they are going to go thru a phase where they start waking up again. There's no reason..it just happens, and it will pass.
Or it could be a growth spurt..

Re: 4 months, starting to wake up again???
My dd did the same thing, she will be 5 months on Friday.
She would wake in the middle of the night around 3 1/2 -4 months for food it only lasted a week or two..
Hang in there it will pass

Re: 4 months, starting to wake up again???
Totally normal. My DS has been doing this since 4 months as well. I usally don't even give him a bottle. I will go in and stick a pacifier in his mouth and he goes right back to sleep. Amazing how there have been so many posts about this lately. Glad to hear we are all in the same boat.

Re: 4 months, starting to wake up again???
It's very common for babies to start waking up again at night around 4 months. They're becoming more aware of their surroundings. It may last a few days, a few weeks or even longer. It's completely normal.

Re: 4 months, starting to wake up again???
It will def. pass..DD slept through the night from 8 wks on but from 4-5 months started waking in the middle of the night. But at the 5 month mark, she was right back to sleeping through the night...
