4 y/o still wears pull ups to bed
my older son was trained since 2.5 -wet the bed almost every night till 5.5 - we limited drinks, we woke him up before we went to bed, nothing worked
then we got the chummy - it is a potty alarm - within a few days of using the alarm he was waking up to go potty and totally dry within 2 weeks - so worth it

Re: 4 y/o still wears pull ups to bed
I am a mother of 7 year old twin daughters. They were both day trained by 3. It worked for one daughter. The no pull ups and limiting drinks after dinner. However, it did not work for my other. She was no ready physically until she was after 6. I tried everything and even cycles no pull ups for weeks at a time. I put the mat down also with no pull up. It didn't work. She was wearing a lot every night. I was waking her up between 1030 and 11 to go to the bathroom. She stopped wetting when her body was physically ready. For some children it just comes down to that.

same her my DD is been potty trained since 2 yo except for at night. she will be 5 in Jan and NEVER wakes up dry drives me insane.
This. Exactly. We keep trying because she doesn't want to be in a pull-up, but if I don't want her up once a night, she wets herself and sleeps right through it. We went back to pull-ups because we were both having broken sleep from it from bathroom trips and/or changing PJs and sheets in middle of the night.
