To all the new(er) moms, thought this would be helpful....

If maybe some of us moms of older kids would introduce ourselves.

I'm Rachel (formerly prncss on here), and I have a 3 year old named Ava.

I'm good to get in touch with if you have a child with a milk allergy, an infant who cries all the time or need CIO advice. I'm always awake until at least 1am, so if you need anything, FMing me will almost always get you a quick response.

I also experienced very bad post partum depression, so if anyone needs to talk or needs resources for dealing with PPD, feel free to get in touch with me!

Any other moms of older babies/kids feel free to add to this!

This is a great idea, Rachel!

Even though DS is only 9 months, I think I can help some very new moms.

I'm Hollie. DS is Aidan and he will be 9 months on 7/13. i can help with stomach sleeping, breast feeding, and issues related to being a working mom. I can also just offer support. Please feel free to FM with any questions.

Hello...

I'm Erin and I have two DC:
Chat Icon =will be 4 in September
Chat Icon =turned 2 in May

I don't know much about much and I basically marvel that I've been able to keep two children alive for close to four years. Chat Icon

But I was a former "2 under 2" mom; I BF both girls (3 mos and 6 mos respectively); I've worked FT and I've done the SAHM thing (for 2 years now). And well, I'm sure I know a thing or two in addition! Chat Icon

Hi. I'm Barbara. I'm a mom to Joseph (7) and Maddie (6), currently wading my way through the trials & tribulations of elementary school.

I have experience as a CIO failure, potty training, birthday party info, unmedicated childbirth, child with ADD.

I'm always willing to help out with HR stuff, walking someone through or helping with photoshopping invites/announcements and camera advice...among other things.

I also work full-time in Manhattan in HR at a software company. Varied background from working in a photolab in college, event coordinating, law firm & computer application support & development.

Re: To all the new(er) moms, thought this would be helpful....

Hi, I am Lisa. I have a DS who will be 2 in August and we are expecting DD in late September/early October.

While pregnant with DS I had morning sickness for 7 months, vision problems, preeclampsia and an emergency c-section so I can answer questions about my experiences and the many specialists I had to see. As a result of my pregnancy I also developed gall stones so I can answer questions about that too.

ETA: I also BF DS for a year. He had nipple confusion too.
