6 month old sleep schedule

What does your 6 month old's nap & sleep schedule look like? I'm struggling with naps, DS went from 4 naps a day (45 minutes each) to like 1 hour TOTAL He's been so overtired since last week that I don't know what to do with him! So please help with naps, I want to get him on a nap/sleep schedule to see if that will help. Thanks!

DD is 6 1/2 months. she wakes up anywhere between 7am-8am.

8am bottle
9am fruit/cereal
1030 nap (usually 1 1/2-2 hours)
12pm bottle
2pm fruit
230-300ish another nap (1 1/2 -2 hours)
*if this nap is short...an hour or less...she will take another nap at 530 or 6.
730-8ish bottle and bed.

This is my 2nd dd and she is a longer/better napper than my first. my always took 3 naps but they were shorter.

Mine sleeps at night from 7:30pm-7:30am, wakes only once to eat and is back asleep right away (so I/DH am only up about 15 min.). She takes 3 naps per day: 9:30, 1-ish, and 4:15ish. They can last about 30-45 min. each, sometimes longer. So, naps end up totaling about 2-2 1/2 hours. Sleep for the day totals at about 14-15 hours, which is what matters most in the end.

If it helps, she has 4 bottles of 6 oz each (and one night bottle) at 8, 12, 3, and 7:30. So, about 28-30 oz. total. Solids at 9:30am and 5:30pm...a whole jar of stage 2 (fruit am/veggie pm). She'll probably start yogurt in a few days as a 3rd meal/lunch.

my DS gets up at 700
nap @ 930 (20MIN)
Nap @ 12:30 (40 Min - 1 hour)
Nap @ 6 PM (less than 40 MIn)

he goes to sleep around 830-9 PM and gets up once or twice at night for bottles.

our problem over here is that he can not fall asleep on his own, does your DC sleep alone, or need to be rocked?

on weekends when DS is home with me

he sleeps 715-7am

naps around 10-12

nap around 3-5

4 eight oz bottles and 2 stage 2 jars (one at breakfast and one at dinner)
