Can you please post your 4-6 month old nap/sleep schedule!

TIA! Right now we are up around 6:30am, back to sleep about 7:30 for 2 hours, another nap just before noon time for an hour, nap early afternoon around 2 for an hour and takes a little nap around 5pm for 45 min-hour, to bed around 7pm (still wakes up 1-2 times at night to eat).......just wanted to see what everyone else is doing....I haven't made a nap 'schedule'--I'm still following his drowsy signs.

Right now DS basically gets up around 8 (this will change in 8 days when he starts daycare Chat Icon), has a bottle, has his oatmeal, hangs out. About 1 hr 45 to 2 hrs later, he gets a diaper change and is down for a nap. Assuming he woke up at his normal time, he'll sleep for 40min-1hour (if he wakes super early he tends to 'correct' himself on this nap). Bottle 2 is around 11:15. He does still need to sleep at least a little between each bottle so much of the rest of the day is a free for all. He often naps in the car between the 2nd and 3rd bottle. Between the 3rd and 4th, though, I've been making sure he goes down for at least another hour, usually around 4/4:30. His last bottle is at 8:15 and he's in bed between 8:45 and 9.

I should add he sleeps through the night and is 4.5 mos old.

Re: Can you please post your 4-6 month old nap/sleep schedule!

DS is six months old and his napping schedule stinks. but I think thats more my ILs doing.

At 3 months his schedule was great (I was on leave still).
7:30ish - wake up
10-11 nap usually in swing
3-5/6 nap in crib
9pm bedtime (rarely he would wake 1x per night but usually he slept straight through)

At the time he was taking about 35-42 oz of formula a day

ETA: Then I went back to work, Ils didnt want to swaddle, they didnt think scheduled naps was the way to go, and DS didnt sleep much for about 2 months. Then they started swaddling, now he sleeps but not as much as he should. I am hoping when I go PT I can work on that b/c right now the kid is a horrible napper!
