6 weeks and I can't sleep

I am 6 weeks and at night I can't sleep through the night. I am constantly waking up and am just completely uncomfortable. I'm tired and I feel like a zombie. Anyone else have this?

You get used to it...i was like this in my first tri, and then just when I started to sleep again I was waking up to pee every 5 minutes, that's been ongoing since. And then when your belly comes then it's just plain uncomfortable all around. Welcome to the world of no sleep. Also, I remembered in the beginning my mind was racing with so many thoughts in the beginning, that could also be part of it.

Thanks ladies, I am happy to know that I am not the only one. I guess I am getting prepared for the sleepless nights.

I'm 30 weeks and the baby keeps me up all night Chat Icon Guess it's his way of getting me ready for when he arrives. There's nothing much I do but just try and go back to sleep. Adding pillows all around me has helped me get more comfy but I definitely feel like I am getting NO sleep at night now...

Re: 6 weeks and I can't sleep

I can't remember the last time I had an uninterrupted night's sleep. I'm awake almost every night for several hours. I've had trouble sleeping since the beginning.

I have this almost every night as well. It started right from the beginning and is getting worse. I am 8 weeks.

There is nothing I do about it. I watch a lot of cheesy movies around 3:30 every morning Chat Icon
