Computer Virus help-Spyware Tools..
So lastnight somehow a virus called Spyware Tools took over my Toshiba laptop.
I paid for Norton Antivirus this morning and ran a scan...but I had to leave for work. Is it too late now to run this, since the virus is there?
Does anyone know how to remove this?
If not do you have anyone you would recommend to fix it? I live in Northern Queens.
Any help is greatly appreciated

do you know when this "program" got on your laptop?

Try using www.malwarebytes.org
Norton doesn't always pick up everything. I've used the free tool a few times to clean up malware and spyware.
