SPR: I went jean shopping.
I am so angry with myself.
If I could sit myself down I’d lecture the heck out of her. What the Heck have I been DOING for the past 2yrs?
Its disgusting.
Sure I had a baby.
Sure I’m 35
But I tried to put on a size 10 jean and I looked like I had barely snapped them the amount of muffin top was just gross!
I can’t use AJ as an excuse anymore. I need to lose this weight.
I am so mad at myself. I don’t know where to start but something’s gotta change.
Oh, so I ended up buying some size 12 on sale for $30 at Eddie Bauer instead.
Dreaming type Goal: lose 25lbs
Livable goal: Lose whatever it takes to get back into a 10 comfortably.

I am on WW and started the couch to 5k running program. So far I'm down 7lbs since the New Year's....I have a LONG road ahead, but the alternative is NOT acceptable for me. NO MORE.
Feel free to FM me and I find the diet/fitness board on here helpful!

I think its about $18 or $20 a month...I do it online too, better for my schedule

I think I paid $14 a month - or like $50 for 3 months. I've only been on 3wks and lost over 7 lbs.
You can do it!
