7 weeks post partum... (breastfeeding related)
so my son is 7 weeks old and i have battled just about everything that can go wrong with breastfeeding.. we've had thrush, mastitis, clogged ducts, oversupply, gassy baby with diarhea you name it! up until 2 days ago after i would feed him i would get a stinging pain that lasted an hour after the feeding, the latch was right but ALWAYS PAINFUL on the right side because of the neverending clogged ducts!!! well, at 7 weeks and 4 days NO MORE PAIN!!! I am finally over the hump and LOVING breastfeeding! Totally worth every last bit of it!

that oversupply is such a bittersweet situation. I had a huge supply...annoying, but never having to worry about running out was a nice comfort.

YEah!! I am so glad to read this. I am 5 weeks PP and I am getting frustrated. I have had 4 clogged ducts and DS is getting so fussy at the breast. I am glad to hear that maybe there is just a hump I need to get over.

i remember that too from Samantha and keep telling myself that I can hang on right now...it has gotten a little easier for me so far, but i can't wait until there is no pain or grimacing on my part! I am so happy (and a little jealous!) for you!

WELL DONE for sticking it out - a lot of people would have given up. Good for you. I cannot believe he is 7 weeks already
