Yay! We got an official thread!
Anyone wearing maternity pants yet? I already am forced to wear the 1st trimester pants. :(
I also bought 2 new swimdresses just for the summer. Not exactly maternity but they both fit now and should serve to hide an expanding 1st trimester belly this summer. :D

Those are cute!!
I'm not in maternity clothes yet, aside from what in my opinion is larger/fuller boobs I haven't noticed any physical changes.
Anyone have their OB appointment yet? Mine isn't until 6/4!! These next 21/2 weeks will be torture!

I'm not in maternity clothes yet, but I had to buy a belly band bc I am so bloated that my pants are very tight and uncomfortable.
I also had to buy new bras and some bra extenders.

It doesn't make me hot at all. It's actually super comfy.
This will my our 1st DC and we're so excited. We just got married last June and are ready to start our family!
3.5 years is a nice age difference between your LO's!

Hahah I have the same thing on my phone. I get reminder every week on my phone and I love it! I also get the emails from baby center and baby zone about the development of the baby for whatever week I am.

This is also our first DC (after a M/C back in October 2010). Pray this bean sticks!!!
We were married in October 2008.
I have yet to make an appointment as I just got my BFP yesterday. Anyone have any doctors they can recommend in the Smithtown/Commack area? My current doctor is in Great Neck... little too far from home.

Being a mom is such a fabulous experience!
I haven't booked my OB appointment though 'cus I'm still on the fence on trying for a VBAC.

It's Funny...today is My 29th birthday. My boss came by to wish me a Happy Birthday; and said "well you know what that means soon" (meaning babies). I just laughed but little does she know I have one inside of me already! LOL!
Won't be telling her for a few more weeks since I'll only be 6 weeks tomorrow.

i am thinking I will be EDD 1/28 give or take a few, will know after my first appointment! So excited to be back on this board

what are you ladies feeling?
i think I am between 4-5w and feeling cramping here and there. i know its normal but still unsettling. I feel pretty much normal otherwise, maybe a little bit tired.
When is everyone's first appt? I am waiting on a call back from my doc to schedule. I'll likely be seen over the next 2 weeks due to issues with my last pregnancy.

Hey there ladies!!!!
Well I just got my BFP this morning...and I am suppperrrrr early! I am just a bit nervous this time around because of a chemical I had in march of last year. But I am so excited it only took 2 cycles to get here! So this one sticks all the way!
According to my app my EDD is 1/30
Oh this is #1 by the way!

What hospital is everyones doctor affiliated with?
I am going to call at the end of the week to schedule my first OB appoint, because I haven't even missed my period yet.
My current doctor delivers at south nassau...but I keep debating if I want to go with a new doctor to deliver at the new hospital in LIJ. I know my current doc won't see me until 2 missed periods...I don't know about the new doctor. I am sooooo torn!!!! I don't know where I want to end up.

Congrats! I'll be 6 weeks on Wed and I have been EXTREMELY tired, nausea off and on, sore nipples, hot flashes.
I had cramping for a week and a half too, but now it stopped. Everything I have read said cramping is very normal.
My first appt is next week, I'll be almost 7 weeks by then  I was hoping to get to see my baby earlier but I have to wait it out!

My Dr is Nicole Bell, with Women for Women OBGYN in New Hyde park. Its a practice of four female OB doctors (one midwife). All affiliated with LIJ hospital. Excited to deliver /stay in the new maternity area.
My first appointment will be at 8weeks 3 days (2 weeks to go). But I got to see our baby today when I was seen for spotting
