THE OFFICIAL NOVEMBER MOMMY'S THREAD
welcome to the second trimester I know some of you have already been here a while but i just started on friday I am 14 weeks and 4 days. I am feeling great but the whole low lying placenta thing has gotten freaked out a little here I had another trip to L&D last night for more heavy bleeding I get so nervous but the sono's have confirmed that little peapod is fine and not to worry I am getting excited that soon we can find out what we are having in fact the sono tech promised she will look when I come in next week still a little early I will be almost 16 weeks then but she will look anyway. I was also tested early for diabetes and they had decided to put me on insulin injections and i have to tell you its not all that bad I feel so much better with it and my suigars are very well contolled I did lose the 4 pounds I gained in my first trimester because I am eating so much better but they are going to up my cal intake so I should start gaining again...anyway enough about me how are all of you doing??

I was just wondering last night where all the November mommies are. I started my 2nd tri last week too. I'm 14 w 6 days. Had a problem with my sugar last week and had to have a blood glucose test on Saturday. I'm waiting for the results tomorrow but I'm pretty sure it's the low blood sugar issue I had in college. Leave it to me to have low blood sugar during pregnancy when the concerns is usually diabetes!

Hi
I am 14 w 5 days but I am confused 2 of my books said the second trimester started at 13 weeks??
I am feeling pretty good. I am having a hard time sleeping but other then that I feel really good. I can not wait to find out what the baby is either. Hope everyone is feeling great.

I am not sure Dr told me the 2nd trimester starts at the end of 13 weeks but I am sure someone esle will tel you that it is 13w

I saw a bunch of different dates too but the most consistent was the start of your 14th week so I went by that.

Hey ladies...I was wondering where everyone was, I always see the threads for October and Dec mommies.
It's great to be in the 2nd trimester, I'm 14 weeks 3 days  I cannot wait to find out the sex too! I saw my doctor this week for my monthly visit and he said baby is measuring great and everything appears to be good, I gained around 4 lbs in the 1st trimester (I was sick a lot at night). I also can't wait to start feeling the baby. My belly is definitely starting to grow and I love it.
Glad to hear everyone is doing well and can't wait to find out what we are all having!!!

Hi girls!!!!
I'm 16 weeks today. I go for my level II in two weeks and I'm still trying to convince DH that we want to know what we are having.  He's driving me nuts!!!
Other than that, my nausea is still in full effect and so is my exhaustion (although knock on wood this may be getting a bit better)
Mommy-of-two-angels : want to edit the title of this thread and make this our "OFFICIAL" spot? I don't think we have one yet and I get jealous of all the other months!

I am a November mommy too. I am 18 weeks and 3 days today....cannot believe how the time is flying!
I feel great and can't wait to go for my 20 week sono on 6/19. We will probably find out if it is a boy/girl at that time!

Ladies, I'm wondering if my Level II is too early compared to when I see everyone else going. I will be going at 18 weeks. Will they be able to see the sex by then? (If I can convince DH )

glad to hear everyone is doing well I am enjoying my time at home I have been home since April 8th and I thought I would go crazy but not at all my mom came over today to hang out and brought me magazines Dr thinks its a good idea for now that I stay at home and limited duties no cleaning and no laundry and such which is fine by me so dh and mom have been helping out alot I am not going back to work until after the baby now and I guess financially we are going to be hit hard but we have been in worse states and always made it through so I am not too worried...

I had my Level II with DD at 16w 3d and they were able to tell. In fact, I just had my amnio last friday (16w5d) and they told us what we are having ( )

Hi!
I was 14 weeks on Sunday. I must have popped a bit because a few people commented today that i looked pregnant. Even my UPS man! I got back my ultascreen results and every thing is good very low risk. I go back to the dr on the 20th for the next set of bloodwork and have my level 2 July 11. I wonder if the girl predictionthe doctor gave me at the ultrascreen will be true.

I am 17w3d and we found out last Friday we are having a !!! Poor DH was so hoping for a son
I'm showing alot quicker than I was with DD. People were convinced I had 2 in there
I can't believe how quickly this pg is going! With DD- it felt like it dragged on forever!

14 weeks and 5 days here, feeling pretty good, despite the spook last week caused by a huge blood clot that had formed and decided to make an appearance.
I go back to the dr. tomorrow, last week we found out one peanut is definitely a . At the hospital the radiologist told us one was a  but then at the dr's they couldn't confim.

Nov. mommy here too. I'm just about 16 weeks. Our level II is July 16th. My doctor likes to wait until 21-22 weeks. I'm OK with that. It's going fast this time. I'm convinced we're having another little girl although I secretly wish for a boy.  Really all I want is healthy. I would love for DD to have a sibling of either sex to grow up and play with.
