FMLA says they only have to hold my job for 12 weeks.
They did it yesterday at 12 weeks 1 day, I got the message to call them on 8/23 but I hada feeling they would do it so I wouldn't call them and allow them to fire me on my birthday.

Deb i am seriously sick over this
physically sick how could they do this to you. When someone at our job got cancer (llung) she was out almost a year and we all donated our vacation time to her so she could stay out and still collect her paycheck! what kind of people did you work for?
