ok going to try to remember to post here daily.

*5.00 mile run in 40:20
*strength= biceps, chest, triceps, back, shoulders
* squats= week 3 day 1 column 3 here: 200 squat challenge Decided to do this challenge based on my initial test I did 50 yesterday. So although week 3 its day 1 for me overall, just started further along since i had a high initial number.

1/4 5 mile run
initial test for 200 squat challenge (50 squats)

* 1 hour fitness sculpt class
* 1 hour wii Just Dance (at night)

1/4
* 1 hour spin class
* 1 hour body pump class
(^ did 120 squats with weight in that class so going to skip the squat challenge today)

really happy with my splits
mile 1- 8:34
mile 2 - 8:20
mile 3 - 7:53
mile 4 - 7:30
mile 5 - 7:24
mile 6 - 7:19
mile 7 - 7:13
(and then a 0.5 mile cooldown not included in mileage)

kettlebell workout - 5 lbs, 2 circuits. Here

(sorry for all the info but i need a new tracking app... until i find a good one i need this info saved somewhere! any app recommendations for iphone?)

I never end up sticking with this thread but may as well try!

1/1 20 minute HIIT workout
1/2 35 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minute HIIT workout
1/4 1 hour barre method class
1/5 4.25 mile run
1/6 30 minutes on elliptical and 25 minute HIIT workout
