You guys are amazing! I just joined a gym earlier this week and I've made it my duty to make 2013 the year I get in shape. I'm already thin, but I could stand to lose some flab and tone up and just be healthier. But don't laugh, I haven't been to the gym in about 5 years before I started on Tuesday so my exercises might be a little sad. LOL! They still hurt like hell. So I'm jumping in on this thread!
1/8/13- Ran 1.5 miles, 50 lunges, 50 crunches, 30 10 lb. bicep and tricep lifts.
1/9/13- Off
1/10/13- Ran .5 miles, .5 miles on stairclimber (that thing is NO joke), biked 1 mile, 30 10 lb. bicep and tricep lifts.
1/11/13- Off
1/12/13- Off

1/9 SICK - REST (planned rest day)
1/10 3 mile run 25:42 1 hour fitness sculpt gym class
1/11 1 hour spin class 1 hour body pump class squat challenge week 4 day 2
1/12 8 mile run (63:20) splits: mile 1 - 8:34 mile 2 - 8:34 mile 3 - 8:20 mile 4 - 8:06 mile 5 - 7:47 mile 6 - 7:30 mile 7 - 7:19 mile 8 - 7:08

1/15 5 miles (according to my treadmill. I think it was more than 5, but my brand new treadmill is broken for the second time in 3 weeks, and that's the mileage it said).

After not running while pregnant it feels great that I was able to start after six weeks so now I am pretty much back to working out as much as i can!
1/10 30 mins PT one hour spin class
1/12 7 mile run
1/13 3.5 mile run
1/15 5 mile run

1/14 3 mile easy run 27:00 BLT class 30 mins
1/15- tri training! 1 hour spin class (recorded 17.2 miles in 49 mins without warmup/cool down) Immediately followed by 3.1 mile run on treadmill 25:42
