8 month old, waking up screaming, WWYD?

My DD has been a good sleeper-the last two months she would wake up here and there-prob cause her teeth bothered her--The last 2 weeks, she has been great--The other night she woke up at like 9:30-screaming, I thought there was something wrong-so I gave her motrin and put her in her car seat and she fell asleep--Then at midnight put her in her crib and she slept until 7--Last night, the same thing-she woke up once at 9:30, I took her out again-then I put her in her crib-and she woke up at 3:30 AM, I let her cry and I patted her and she fell asleep again!!!! And now as I type she is screaming and crying. Should i let her CIO?? or should I take her out-I really don't think anything is wrong with her-what do u think it could be? teeth again??

I'm having the same issues with my 8 month old!! She has been a a champ at sleeping since birth!! Now these last few weeks getting up at midnight screaming run in put the blinkie in knock out or have to pick her up and fall asleep in my arms within 5 mins put her back into crib and then again at 3am sometimes or 5 am and then we just put her in the bed with us because at that point we are up at 5:30 to get ready for work!!

I'm thinking it is her teeth

sounds like teething or an ear infection. DS would wake up screaming every time he had an ear infection......it was our dead give away.

I was thinking ear infection but then she falls right alseep in the car seat! I guess cause she is elevated, I dont know! I am so frustrated!
