84 DAYS UNTIL SUMMER!

PhyllisNJoe My Box Is Broken Member since 6/11 9145 total posts Name: Phyllis	84 DAYS UNTIL SUMMER! It's Monday. It's dreary. But that doesn't change the fact that summer is 84 Days away!! If you lost your way, go back to day 1 when you had the motivation to be healthier! I'm checking my tracker and getting back to it starting right now. I'm gonna weigh myself this morning and then every Friday going forward. Just like I did in January. Hoping to see a loss this week You can do this!!! 84 days!!!! A lot can change in that time.

So weighed myself this morning for a starting weight and will be weighing in on Fridays as well. I want to lose 6 lbs in April. For April, I am trying to eat small meals every 2 hours. here's my schedule for the month: 7 AM: piece of fruit 9 AM: breakfast 11 AM: piece of fruit 1 PM: lunch 3 PM: veggies 5 PM: fruit 7 PM: dinner Also drinking 8 oz of water with each "meal" Let's do this!
